    -Overview-

    MDS-770C is an intelligent liquid level sensor based on the sweep frequency measurement principle, designed specifically for point level detection in complex medium environments. It can reliably identify liquids, pastes, viscous media, and even granular materials, and is especially good at detecting oil-water separation layers and foam interfaces, providing accurate judgment for pump idling protection, overflow protection, and liquid leakage detection.

    Unlike traditional tuning fork technology, turning a blind eye to the viscous medium attached to the probe will not result in false alarms. Its probe has a shallow insertion depth and low flow resistance, making it suitable for installation in small diameter pipelines. There is no need to manually adjust parameters according to the type of medium. The sensor is equipped with an adaptive triggering function, which can automatically match different media and truly achieve "ready to use" installation.

    Suitable for top, bottom, or side installation of storage tanks, containers, or pipelines. The response time is only 200ms, with a repetition accuracy of ± 1mm. It can quickly issue a shutdown signal, effectively protecting the pump equipment and saving resources. Whether ignoring foam, detecting a separation layer, or dealing with high viscosity media, it can provide simple and reliable solutions.
