    -Overview-

    This consistency meter is a general-purpose instrument used to determine the texture and structure of food. Our company's consistency meter (flow viscometer) is characterized by low cost, ease of operation, and durability. Whether in the laboratory or on the production site, it can quickly test whether samples meet standard viscosity, consistency, and flowability. It is made of a 2mm electrolytically treated steel plate and equipped with a standard 100ml sample container. Internal quality testing has been conducted to ensure measurement repeatability and instrument compatibility.

    -Benefits&Features-

    1. Durable: Stainless steel construction;

    2. Corrosion resistance: Suitable for laboratory and factory use;

    3. Compact structure: 14 by 3.5 by 5.5 inches (inches), occupies little space.

    4. Only 75 ml samples are needed:

    5. Spring-loaded door, instant door to prevent sample flow.

    6. Good repeatability;

    7. Two levelling screws and levelling instruments;

    8. Precise positioning of flow Angle;

    9. Precision: A 0.5cm precision scale is engraved to ensure accurate results.

    -Instructions for Use-

    Step 1: Pour the sample to be tested (usually 75ml) into the sample slot behind the spring door.
    Step 2: Press the latch on the spring door to make it pop open instantly, and start a stopwatch simultaneously.
    Step 3: The flow rate of the fluid in the instrument can be accurately measured using the precision scale on the base plate. By comparing the flow rate over a specific time period (usually 30 seconds), the physical properties of the sample (viscosity, flowability, etc.) can be calculated.
