The MDS-JHW100 Near-Infrared Online Composition Analyzer is an industrial-grade online detection device launched by our company, suitable for real-time composition analysis in various complex industrial scenarios. The instrument adopts a high-sensitivity InGaAs detector and a proprietary patented optical system, with a spectral range of 900nm–1700nm. It features high wavelength accuracy (<0.05nm) and strong stability (<0.2nm/year), with a spectral acquisition rate exceeding 30 times per second, enabling millisecond-level rapid response.
The device supports stable detection of various material forms, including granules, powders, slurries, and liquids. It has an IP65 protection rating and adapts to harsh environments such as high temperatures and dusty conditions. Data is output via an Ethernet port, enabling linkage with PLC systems to provide precise basis for process optimization. Installation is simple — the unit can be fixed on a 38mm diameter steel pipe at any angle via a clamp. The operating temperature range is -10°C to +40°C.
It is widely used in industries such as oils, food, starch, feed, fermentation, chemicals, tobacco, and sugar.
