-Overview-
The online tuning fork density (concentration) meter is used to measure the density (concentration) of liquid media in tanks and pipelines. Density (concentration) measurement is an important process control in product production technology, and tuning fork density/concentration meters can be used as indicators for other quality control parameters, such as density or concentration values. It can meet various measurement requirements of users for density, concentration, and solid content. The online tuning fork density (concentration) meter uses a sound frequency signal source to excite a metal tuning fork and make it vibrate freely at the center frequency, which is related to the density of the liquid in contact. Therefore, by analyzing the frequency, the density of the liquid can be measured, and then temperature compensation can be carried out to eliminate the system's temperature drift. The concentration value at a temperature of 20℃ can be calculated based on the relationship between the density and concentration of the corresponding liquid. Suitable for industries such as petrochemicals, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, batteries, electrolytes, and environmental protection.

-Benefits&Features-
1. Fully integrated "plug and play, maintenance-free" digital measurement that can be used for monitoring and control
2. The long rod type is suitable for use in both open and sealed tanks, with a maximum length of 4 meters for this type.
3. Density, standard density or special calculated values (solid percentage, specific gravity, etc.), 4-20mA output
4. No movable parts, low maintenance, explosion-proof certification, a direct insertion density meter suitable for working under high pipeline pressure
5. Provide materials including 316L, Hastelloy C, zirconium, etc
6. Not easily affected by temperature and pressure, providing temperature sensors for continuous measurement, allowing for the presence of small amounts of solids and bubbles
