    Online tuning fork density (concentration) meters use an acoustic frequency signal source to excite a metal tuning fork, causing it to vibrate freely at its center frequency. This frequency is related to the density change of the liquid in contact with it. Therefore, by analyzing the frequency, the density of the liquid can be measured, and temperature compensation can be applied to eliminate temperature drift. The concentration is calculated based on the relationship between the density and concentration of the corresponding liquid, determining the standard concentration value at 20°C.

    This product is an online tuning fork density meter (also known as an online tuning fork concentration meter), designed for real-time, continuous monitoring of liquid media in industrial processes. It operates based on the vibration principle of a tuning fork, measuring density by analyzing changes in the vibration frequency of the liquid within the liquid, and incorporates temperature compensation to improve accuracy. Based on the density value, the instrument can further convert and output various concentration-related parameters, such as percentage concentration, Baumé degree, and saccharification, meeting diverse process monitoring needs.

It can reliably measure various acids, alkalis, and salt solutions, alcohols, syrups, wastewater slurries, and other media.
