-Overview-
The product supports both in-line and submersible installation methods: in-line installation can withstand pressures up to 6 bar, while submersible installation can be used in water depths up to 50 meters. The housing has an IP68 protection rating, adapting to humid and underwater environments. The sensor has a built-in independent electrolyte filling port, allowing for the addition of electrolyte to extend its service life; various glass sensing membranes and salt bridges are available, suitable for different scenarios such as ordinary rivers, aquaculture, seawater, low-conductivity water, and strong acids and alkalis.
The MDS-AH020 is a planar platinum redox potential electrode with RS-485 digital output, supporting the standard Modbus RTU protocol and directly outputting ORP and temperature values. The sensor is suitable for water environments with conductivity greater than 100 μS/cm, with a measurement range of ±1000 mV and an accuracy of 0.2 mV.
-Features & Benefits-
1. Employs an RS-485 interface and standard Modbus RTU protocol, directly outputting ORP and temperature values for easy remote data acquisition and system integration, eliminating the need for additional transmitters.
2. Supports both in-line and submersible installations. In-line installation can withstand higher pressures, while submersible installation is suitable for deeper water conditions, adapting to various field environments.
3. Features an independent electrolyte filling port, allowing for subsequent electrolyte replenishment, effectively extending electrode lifespan and reducing replacement frequency and costs.
4. Offers various sensitive membrane and salt bridge types, suitable for ordinary rivers, seawater, low-conductivity water, and special water quality scenarios such as strong acids and alkalis.
5. Constructed with an engineering plastic housing, achieving an overall protection rating of IP68, ensuring reliable sealing and stable operation in harsh environments such as humidity and underwater.
6. Regular cleaning of the outer surface and glass-sensitive membrane maintains measurement stability. Supports up to three-point calibration, which can be completed remotely via command, offering simple and efficient operation.
