The MDS-CH68 online particle counter (without display) is a remote monitoring device designed for modern clean environments. It is suitable for cleanroom and critical process point detection in industries such as electronics, biopharmaceuticals, new energy, and medical devices. The device supports real-time, accurate monitoring of six particle size channels from 0.3µm to 10.0µm, with a sampling flow rate of 2.83L/min, meeting the requirements of clean environments of Class 100 and above.
This counter uses a long-life imported semiconductor laser diode with a working life of no less than 30,000 hours. It has a built-in vacuum pump, eliminating the need for an external gas source. Supporting the Modbus RTU485 communication protocol, with a communication distance of up to 1200 meters, it is easy to integrate into existing monitoring systems, enabling continuous data acquisition, sharing, and remote management. Users can control the counting start/stop and obtain device status and particle size data via function code commands.
The product casing is made of metal, powered by DC 24V, and can operate stably in environments ranging from 0°C to 50°C and 20% to 95% relative humidity (non-condensing). The repeatability error and particle size distribution error are both less than ±5%, and the maximum allowable sampling concentration is 35,000 particles/liter (0.5µm). Optional temperature, humidity, differential pressure, and wind speed monitoring modules are available to meet diverse customization needs. The overall design is intuitive and simple, easy to operate and maintain, providing an efficient and accurate solution for daily clean environment monitoring and quality control.
