The conductivity digital electrode is a digital intelligent sensor that integrates electronic circuitry and a microprocessor within the sensor itself. It uses an RS-485 transmission interface, supports the MODBUS-RTU communication protocol, and enables bidirectional data exchange. The product design prioritizes electrical safety and anti-interference capabilities, featuring power supply and output isolation, built-in protection circuitry, and suitability for complex environments. Its low-power design helps extend field application time, and the internal memory retains calibration and setting information even when power is off. The housing is made of PPS material, offering strong corrosion resistance, and features 3/4-inch threads on both the front and rear for easy installation.
The electrode can measure parameters such as conductivity, TDS, salinity, and temperature. Electrode constants are selectable from 0.01/0.1/1.0/10.0, and the measurement range is determined by the electrode constant and the selected range. The product supports automatic or manual temperature compensation and features RS-485 Modbus communication.
Users can perform register read/write operations, parameter modification, factory reset, and multi-point calibration (such as 147µs, 1413µs, and 12.88ms standard solutions) via host computer commands. Calibration status and electrode slope can be queried at any time, facilitating sensor performance diagnosis. Overall, this digital electrode communication protocol is simple and highly intelligent, suitable for scenarios requiring long-term stable conductivity measurement, such as water quality monitoring and industrial process control.

Notice: The sensor has been calibrated before leaving the factory. It is not advisable to calibrate it at will unless the measurement error exceeds.
