MDS-DC53 GWR Continuous Level Indicator

-Overview-

The MDS-DC53 Guided Wave Radar Continuous Level Meter is a level monitoring device that adopts advanced carrier communication decoding technology, significantly reducing on-site wiring and commissioning workload, with a user-friendly operation interface for simplified use. The product supports quick configuration of material density and name, and can pre-configure silo parameters (including silo number, height, diameter, and cable length) according to user requirements before delivery.

The device features a plastic enclosure with an IP65 protection rating and a built-in 10-inch color LCD for intuitive readouts. It is equipped with high-level relay output; the 4-channel version additionally supports high/low level switch outputs. Supporting multiple input/output methods, including 4-20mA analog signal, RS485 (Modbus), and Modbus-TCP communication, it is suitable for various industrial applications.

Designed for materials such as cement, fly ash, and mineral powder, the MDS-DC53 can monitor up to 8 silos simultaneously. It provides multiple data display and alarm functions, including level percentage, empty height, and material weight, serving as a reliable solution for process level monitoring.
