    Electromagnetic Flow Meter MDS-DN

    Designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with the GB/T9119 Chinese national standard. The nominal diameter of the products covers DN15 to DN3000, offering two common pressure ratings of 1.6MPa and 4.0MPa to meet the pressure requirements of various pipeline systems.

    Its core dimensional parameters, such as flange outer diameter, bolt hole center circle diameter, number of bolt holes, and thickness, are standardized to ensure precise matching and reliable sealing with valves, pumps, and other pipelines. The product range is complete and highly compatible, offering models suitable for everything from small civil pipelines to large industrial main pipelines.

    This series of flanges focuses on structural integrity and connection stability, suitable for water treatment, HVAC, chemical, and general industrial fluid transport systems. All products are manufactured according to standard processes, ensuring their mechanical strength and long-term durability, making them key components for constructing safe and reliable pipeline connections.     Electromagnetic Flow Meter MDS-DN

    1. Measurement is unaffected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity. There are no obstructing components within the measuring tube, resulting in no pressure loss and minimal straight pipe section requirements.

    2. Nominal diameters range from DN6 to DN3000. A variety of sensor lining and electrode materials are available. The converter can be integrated with the sensor or be a separate unit.

    3. The converter employs a novel excitation method, resulting in low power consumption, a stable zero point, and high accuracy. Flow range accuracy up to 1500:1

    4. The converter uses a 16-bit high-performance microprocessor, a 2x16 LCD, convenient parameter setting, and reliable programming.

    5. The flow meter is a bidirectional measurement system with three built-in totalizers: forward total, reverse total, and differential total; it can display forward and reverse flow rates and has multiple outputs: current, pulse, digital communication, and HART.

    6. The converter uses surface mount technology (SMT) and has self-testing and self-diagnostic functions.

    7. The rubber and polyurethane-lined sensor has an intrinsically immersive structure; explosion-proof instruments can be used in appropriate explosion-proof environments.

    8. Electromagnetic flow meters are used to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquids and slurries in closed pipes, suitable for chemical, power, metallurgical, petroleum, water supply and drainage, papermaking, pharmaceutical, and food industries.
