The MDS-LDC68 is a new generation of intelligent pipeline flow meter integrating radar and ultrasonic flow measurement, designed specifically for complex and harsh pipeline conditions. Utilizing dual-wave fusion technology, it uses radar to monitor flow velocity and water level when the pipe is not full, automatically switching to pressure level gauge data when the pipe is full. It intelligently determines whether the pipe is full or not by measuring electrode conductivity, achieving accurate flow measurement across all scenarios. This flow meter supports top mounting, eliminating the need for downhole work and significantly improving the safety and convenience of installation and maintenance. Its adjustable mounting bracket adapts to various pipeline scenarios, and the entire unit achieves an IP68 protection rating, possessing level 10 corrosion resistance. The casing is acid and alkali resistant and impact resistant, making it suitable for underground drainage networks, urban water supply and drainage, river outlets, and petrochemical liquid pipelines.
Featuring a built-in intelligent flow algorithm, it supports various channels and pipe network configurations, calculating flow rate in real time based on actual water level and supporting flow rate setting and parameter adjustment. The device provides Bluetooth and RS485 communication interfaces, with optional 4G transmission, allowing data to be directly uploaded to an information platform. It incorporates power-off protection, low power consumption, and intermittent power supply capabilities, ensuring long-term stable operation. Its compact size and structure effectively reduce the impact of siltation, making it a reliable choice for pipe network flow measurement.
