    -Overview-
The MDS-DZLK series single-bar vibratory level switch utilizes the tuning fork resonance principle, driving a cylindrical single probe to vibrate via a piezoelectric element. When the probe is surrounded by material, the amplitude decreases sharply, triggering the switch. This product is resistant to material buildup and impact, eliminates material trapping issues, and boasts high sensitivity. It is suitable for level detection of low-density powders, granules, lumpy solids, and liquids, and can also be used for solid-liquid interface and material flow detection in conveying equipment. The product is robust and durable, with no moving parts. The probe is wear-resistant and self-cleaning, unaffected by dielectric constant, and requires no calibration after installation. It features high and low fault protection modes, adjustable sensitivity (capable of detecting extremely low-density powders), adjustable output delay time from 0 to 9 seconds, and provides relay normally open and normally closed contact outputs. The housing has an IP65 protection rating, allowing for outdoor installation.

The MDS-DZLK series supports a wide voltage power supply (AC85~265V or DC11~33V), operating temperature -10~85°C, and a maximum pressure of 1.6MPa. It uses threaded or flanged connections. The products have been tested and calibrated before leaving the factory, generally requiring no on-site adjustments. Sensitivity can be reset for low-density materials, and a power failure protection mode ensures reliable alarm in case of power outages.

From fine powders in silos to liquid-solid interfaces in tanks, the MDS-DZLK single rod vibrating level switch delivers consistent, reliable detection. Built for industrial resilience with die-cast aluminum housing and 304 stainless steel probes, it thrives in harsh environments. Whether you need to prevent overfilling, detect low levels, or monitor material flow on conveyors, this IP65-rated switch combines high sensitivity, adjustable delays, and fail-safe protection to keep your operations running smoothly.

    -Features&Application-

    1. Utilizes the tuning fork resonance principle with a cylindrical single-bar structure, resistant to material buildup and impact, eliminating material clamping issues, and offering high sensitivity.

    2. Adjustable sensitivity, capable of detecting extremely low-density powders (bulk density 0.3~0.5g/cm2) and liquids.

    3. No moving parts; the probe is robust, wear-resistant, and impact-resistant, with a self-cleaning surface unaffected by dielectric constant.

    4. Features high and low fault protection modes, adjustable output delay from 0~9 seconds, and supports a power failure alarm.

    5. No calibration required after installation; IP65 protection rating, meeting outdoor installation requirements.

    6. Compared to tuning fork, rotary paddle, and capacitive level switches, it comprehensively solves problems such as material clamping, wear, and dielectric constant interference.
